We hold accounts for all the major trade suppliers and have great relationships with a variety of bespoke furniture makers and artisans. We can be sure to procure furniture, finishes and equipment at highly competitive rates.
Taking inspiration from a restaurant menu offering or location, a favourite design period in history or even just a favourite piece of furniture, we create a concept by building a story around any objects or inspiration. We can provide sketches, samples and mood boards to help you realise the feel and flavour of your concept.
We provide a full construction package service, from general arrangement plans to architectural elements and joinery, lighting and furniture details. Working on AutoCAD we can provide a full design package for competitive or negotiated tender.
When the project is on site we attend regular site meetings ensuring that the job is running smoothly and to programme.
We can liaise with suppliers and service providers, act as contract administrators and sign off interim certificates where required.
When the project is nearing completion we will create inspection reports and review the final scheme to ensure the handover is smooth and to client satisfaction.
